MonashLink Community Health Service Limited is a dynamic and expanding organisation providing a range of high quality community health and support programs principally to residents and others in the City of Monash, on sites located at Clayton, Glen Waverley, Ashwood and Hughesdale.
With close relationships with local government and other health service providers in the South East of Melbourne, liaising regularly on service provision, Home and Community Programs, Chronic Disease Management, and the provision of social and community support programs.
About the Opportunity
MonashLink Community Health Service Limited is offering a rewarding opportunity for an experienced Manager to join their Primary Health Care team in Clayton.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will provide leadership, direction, support and guidance to the Primary Services teams and manage the delivery of the broad range of functions of the primary care portfolio.
The Primary Care operational area includes: Occupational Therapist, Podiatrists, Dieteticians, Community Nurses, Physiotherapists, Speech Pathologists, together with Paediatric Services, Allied Health Assistants, and others. The Primary Care operations also envelops a wide range of services, including Home and Community Care (HACC), Chronic Disease Self Management, Self Help Groups and Social Support Groups.
This is a pivotal management role in which the successful applicant will require tertiary qualifications in a health related discipline or general management, with experience in budget management and financial management.
As well as the job satisfaction of using your established leadership skills to support others, you will be rewarded with a competitive remuneration package circa $100,000 (including motor vehicle and superannuation benefits).
With no weekend operations you will regularly work 5 days a week, Monday to Friday.
