• Working with your team members to contact existing customers to discuss outstanding amounts owned on their credit cards and Personal Loans.
• Arranging suitable payment options that are in the best interest of the business and the customer
• Taking initiative to assess the next stage in the legal process
• Customer service and Relationship management

This is a fast paced, exciting and busy role that will see you making many calls per day and dealing with a variety of customers from varying backgrounds.
To be considered for this opportunity you will have impeccable communication, negotiation and presentation skills. An out bound sales/customer service back ground is essential and Collections experience would be considered as an advantage although not a necessity. Although you are working as part of a large team, the ability to work autonomously is essential.
