On behalf of a high profile client we offer a fantastic career opportunity for a technically strong Wintel Server Team Leader to take a national management / leadership role within their Group IT Services Division.
From a core Wintel engineering and administration backgroun d your role will be threefold, taking responsibility for a) design, implementation and high-level technical support, b) operational systems performance management, and c) people leadership, coaching and development.
From a technology perspective you will need high-level knowledge in and around:
- Windows Server 2000/2003/2008
- Active Directory / DNS
- VMWare ESX
- Windows SOE
- IIS / Proxy Server
- SQL Server
In addition to technical expertise you will also need to demonstrate strong leadership skills, and ideally will have experience of leading/managing multiple teams.
